HTA: New Opportunity to Apply for Joint Scientific Consultations

‍ On 1st April 2026, the European Commission will open the second request period for joint scientific consultations (JSCs) for 2026. The purpose of the JSCs are to provide both medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies with an opportunity to consult on the planning of their health technology and how clinical studies should be conducted to best prepare for a subsequent Joint Clinical Assessment.

The submission period is open from 1st – 29th April 2026.
